I thought that different colors are different resistance bands. As it usually happens (light, medium and strong), but it is not. All bands are the same, the only difference is the color. I was also confused by the connector. I assumed that the elastic bands would be uniform without joining. And so during training, I'm a little worried that it might come off. But I hope these are just my own fears and nothing like this will happen. In general, all my comments are compensated by the low price and therefore these resistance bands justify their price.My wife got these thinking they'd be good to take on vacation. She's in good shape and these are definitely not on par with her abilities. They seem more like toys or play items than actual work out bands. Do yourself a favor and get some heavier resistance bands or pull-up assist bands....you can do everything with those and they're typically much better quality.These resistance bands compliment my workout routine. These allow me to workout while watching my favorite show with my family. Handles are soft and comfortable. The resistance is just perfect. Good value for your money.
