I had been using a set of resistance bands for working out and found it cumbersome to keep changing straps and setting up in the door. Once the door hooks are set and you open the door you have to start all over again. I love that with this system you can leave it in place and open and close the door all you want without having to readjust the unit. Exercising is a breeze! A wide variety of exercises is available and the 11 minute work out provided in the video is brutal...be a while until I can have the ability to do that. I also bought this for post back and shoulder surgery and it is perfect for that. Very low impact but still gives a good workout. I lost a lot of muscle mass pre and post surgery and after 3 weeks can feel and notice a difference. The cable action is smooth and easy to hook up attachments to. Very glad I made the purchase and recommend it to anyone that has limited space but loves to put a good workout in.
